Located in front of the Château of Xonville, the cottage "La Grange aux Hirondelles" will charm you with its rural and peaceful environment. You'll also appreciate its level of comfort and amenities, and especially the generosity of the spaces, whether it's common living areas, the garden, or the bedrooms. So even if you come to stay as a group, you can find tranquility by isolating yourself in a spacious and bright room as soon as you feel the need. The space Living area (ground floor): - equipped kitchen with dining area - large dining room - large living room with fireplace and TV - 1 shower room Sleeping area (floor): - 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 office with 1 bed - 4 shower rooms Outdoor area: - fully enclosed garden - terrace with barbecue and shade sail - easy parking - garage (car and bikes) The little extras of the swallows: - Internet: fiber and Wi-Fi - laundry room (washer-dryer) - weight bench - crib and child bed, high chair - children's toys - outdoor games (ping pong table, mölkky, etc.) Guest access Technical or private premises are locked. So you can move freely without risking entering a space that would be prohibited or dangerous for children. Other things to note A large barn is adjacent to the gîte (it allows you to park several vehicles or store bulky equipment, but it is not equipped to host events). It can be made available to you if you explicitly request it and if it is not already booked for another use on the requested date. The owner of the gîte can also put you in touch with the association that manages the Château de Xonville: - to organize a group tour of the castle - to rent the castle park in the summer (to organize a country meal or a wine reception for example). We can also put you in touch with the Xonville Town Hall if you would like to organize a large family or festive meal in the village party hall, less than 200 m from our gîte.
