Rustic Off-Grid Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil cabin in the woods. If you're looking for a place to getaway from the hustle bustle of life, and un plug, this place will do the trick! And if you're into hiking, there are lots of beautiful fields and walking trails to enjoy. Think camping, but much more cozy and comfortable. All quality/comfortable cotton bedding is included in your stay. The space You will be staying in a tranquil tiny cabin set back on the edge of the woods, with a beautiful view of the valley. Relax and enjoy the sounds of nature, maybe even spot some wildlife in the large field you look out onto. Options to enjoy a private campfire space out front of the cabin, where you can take in the peace and quiet(must comply to local burning restrictions). The cabin includes solar powered lighting, a charge port for charging of small devices if needed (keep in mind there is limited charge power available), and an off grid propane heater to help keep the cabin cozy in the cooler temps. Please keep in mind that depending on temps, this heater may not be able to keep it at normal room temperature, but can guarantee it will still be a cozy sleep under our warm bedding. We suggest always bringing some extra warm clothing though just in case ;) The sofa bed will be made up ahead of your arrival if more than 2 guests are checking in. If you require 2 beds if 2 guests or less, please just let me know ahead of your arrival. The farm property is yours to explore if you like (at your own risk). We are located on 185 acres and can suggest some lovely places to hike and explore if you so choose. Guest access Please note: This is a one room tiny cabin with no washroom in the cabin it self. You will be staying in cabin #2 (see map for details). The cabin is right off the parking area with the ability to pull right up to it. Full service washroom facility (toilet/sink/shower) is NOT included with this stay. This listing only includes access to our outhouse, which is shared with one other cabin (cabin 5). There is a chance other guests may be on site during your stay as well. For bookings with two guests or less (unless otherwise requested), will have the queen bed only made up. Please let me know if you will need the additional sofa bed made up as well. Other things to note There are four additional cabins on-site, and can be made available for additional guests if you so choose. Please get in touch if this is an option you are interested in.
