Yankeetown is at the end of the road along the Withlacoochee River which streams into the Gulf of Mexico. It’s a charming Old Florida fishing community, established in 1923. The Nature Coast is where you can can enjoy kayaking, boating, fishing, or bike ride on Riverside Drive. We are a short 15 minutes drive to Crystal River. The towns of Cedar Key, Ocala, Chiefland, and Homossassa are less than a hour away. Enjoy! The space This is a beautiful newly remodeled home. It is a 1 bedroom /1 bathroom. The cottage is a cozy 600 Square Feet. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a pullout full sofa bed. This house can accommodate four people comfortably. Side note: We have a dock down the street and a boat slip can be available for an extra fee. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself. The big fenced in backyard to pull your boat into with ease. Keyless entry Other things to note • A photo ID may be required when checking in. • Must be over 25 years old to book. No smoking/vaping $450 fee if violated No Candles, Fire or Flames of any type permitted- No Exceptions! •No events, parties, or large gatherings •No loud music •No Pets • Free WiFi (laptop friendly), •Brand new 2024 A/C & heating •towels/linens, hair dryer, hangers •keyless entry •Single family house with three steps to enter the home. •The home has one bedroom and a full size sofa bed in living room. •Other things to note We provide starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, soap and shampoo. It's the quests responsibility to replace if any runs out. (Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals). · One pet is allowed per preapproval along with nonrefundable $100.00 deposit.
