Nice cottage near water

Welcome to a cozy, simple cottage in beautiful Dals Långed. The cottage is located 100 meters from Lake Råvarpen, part of the beautiful Dalsland Canal. Only 300 meters to the child-friendly beach "Bocken". The space The cottage is simple, but cozy. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen with dining table (space for 4 people), stove, microwave and fridge (a small freezer is in one bedroom). Bathroom with toilet and shower (renovated in 2019). The cottage has an air heat pump/AC as well as a lovely fireplace in one corner of the living room (wood is not included). TV with basic package of Swedish channels, as well as an extra TV box with many German channels. Electricity, water, towels, bed linens, hygiene products, Wi-Fi are included in the rental rate. Mandatory fee for final cleaning. You can bring your dog for a fee. But cats are not allowed to stay in the cottage as they scratch the furniture and there are allergy problems in the family. Guest access The cottage is located close to berry and mushroom picking areas. Free parking with space for 2 cars. Short distance to grocery store (Coop). Other things to note Guests are welcome to use a rowboat for free during their stay (bring your own life jacket in that case).
