Welcome to Lescoulié, a renovated farmhouse, located in the heart of the forest. Whether you are looking for tranquility or adventure, our house will be ideal for your vacation in the Landes. Close to the town of Saint Sever (15 minutes), don't miss the visit to its abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the 11th century abbey church. You can also visit the Huchet Current Nature Reserve and swim in the ocean, 1 hour by car. The space The 145 m2 typically Landes house with its half-timbering, both picturesque and cozy, full of charm and comfortable. It has a large living room, which overlooks a large fully equipped kitchen (with oven, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher), dining room. A large master bedroom with a bed (x160), and its bathroom with 2 sinks and walk-in shower, toilet. a second large bedroom with a single bed and a second bed (sofa bed with Bultex mattress). A third, smaller bedroom with a single bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. In each room, storage for clothes. A laundry room with washing machine and bath/shower, sink and toilet. You can enjoy our swimming pool and pool house with bar and space to enjoy your meals in the middle of a green garden and/or the wooded park to relax and unwind in the shade of the oak trees. Guest access Even if the owner is not far away (who lives in the barn (renovated as a dwelling and adjoins the farm).
