L'Atrium, cottage in Haute Somme

Come in and be surprised! The Atrium is an atypical place, very comfortable and bathed in light. Its contemporary yet warm decor will make you feel right at home. After a day spent discovering the riches of the local historical and natural heritage, everyone will find something to relax: billiards, badminton, hot tubs, or simple lazing in the sun in the garden... there is something for everyone! The space Ideally located 8 km from the A1/A 29 motorway and the Haute-Picardie TGV train station, between Péronne and Albert, the Atrium is a very spacious independent cottage on one level of 156 m² with an enclosed garden without vis-à-vis 700 m² as well as a large terrace. The Atrium is on a very quiet little one way street; it is possible to park there for free in front of up to 3 vehicles. The decoration is neat and we offer beautiful services: the vast living room of 65 m2 is air-conditioned and has a French billiards table, as well as a 49’’ (122 cm) full HD curved screen connected TV, and a home theater amp. The open equipped kitchen has the following amenities: American fridge (large fridge + freezer), induction hob, cold rack oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, pressure cooker, blender, food processor, etc. The cottage has three bedrooms: 1 bed 160 X 200 (latex mattress) , 1 bed 140 X 190 (pocket spring mattresses) , 2 beds 90 X 200 (spring mattress). Travel light! Bedding and towels are provided. For your comfort, you will find a large bathroom, with balneotherapy bath, walk-in shower, double vanity and washing machine, as well as a bathroom with shower and vanity on furniture. The toilet is self-contained and also has a sink. For young children we can provide the following amenities: baby bathtub, changing mat, crib, high chair. We do not charge a cleaning fee, please take care of the cottage, and return it in the same clean condition as you found it when you arrived 😊 Please also note that we do not allow pets, and that the cottage is strictly non-smoking. We live right next door so if you have any questions, don't hesitate! We are both from the region and are very attached to it: it is with pleasure that we will make you discover all the local riches, in terms of natural, historical, or gastronomic heritage!
