The space Our upstairs suite offers street views and the convenience of both front and back entrances. Plus you'll have free plug-in parking stall right behind the building. Inside, the suite is equipped with everything you need: a kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, a coffee maker, a tea pot, a full fridge, and a stove. The livingroom boasts a small TV- perfect for streaming your Netflix or Prime TV (just program your info in!)- and a pull- out hide a bed in the livingroom. Relax in the bathroom with a shower or a deep soak in the charming clawfoot bath tub, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. The main bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed. You'll also find shared laundry facilities in the apartment hallway, just steps away. Stay comfortable year round with tenant controlled electric heating and portable AC unit for those warm summer months.
