Cozy Cottage with Home Theatre in Joliet

Unique home because the top is totally how we bought the home everything is original from 1920's. Now the basement we renovated hence it feels like completely two different spaces. In this listing you are getting two full kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Since this is a 1920s home there is no central air conditioning. Upstairs, there are windows units in the bedrooms that keep those rooms very cool. Downstairs, there are wall units. The space My home sits on the corner of the block so it is very quiet. It has a lot of yard space and a drive way. Guest access Guests will have access to 3 bedrooms: 2 on the main floor, and one on the lower floor. There is one bathroom on each floor as well. The main dining room is on the main floor right off of the living room. Each floor has a full kitchen, fully stocked with anything you might need during your stay. There is also a theater on the lower floor. Guests can access a laundry room on the lower floor. I have locked the attic door and the furnace room, please do not try and access these areas. Other things to note Please read the following house rules carefully: 1. There are no parties or gatherings allowed on this property. 2. All guests must be listed on the booking. 3. Only listed guests may enter the property. 4. Leave all shoes at the entrance(s). 5. NO SMOKING in the house or near open windows or doors. 6. Follow all check-in and check-out instructions. 7. Breaking any of these rules may incur additional fees. If you're bringing a pet with you: 1. All dogs must be listed on the booking. 2. Please no dogs on the furniture. 3. Dogs must be house-trained. 4. The yard is not fenced so we highly recommend keeping them leashed while outside. 5. Sorry, no other pets allowed!
