Description
Enjoy a vacation that'll help you escape for a while from all the hustle & bustle. Come stay at our cozy camper to relax and rejuvenate. You'll have access to a grill, a fire pit, and our screened gazebo. Try our lawn games, like corn hole and horseshoes. It's perfect for a couple's weekend getaway! You can visit beautiful Montpelier, the state capital, or historic Stowe, Vermont. Or take a day trip to Ben & Jerry's, Cabot Cheese Factory, Cold Hollow Cider or watch the art of glass blowing! The space Our camper is in front of our house, situated on our 2.5 acre property in the countryside. You could sit outside and enjoy the fresh morning air while sipping on your coffee and listening to the songbirds. You can also read a book while appreciating the soothing trickle from a nearby babbling brook. In the evening you could enjoy snuggling with your loved one while basking in the warmth a the campfire. On clear nights, with no light pollution in sight, you can lay down on a blanket on the lawn and see stars and constellations to your heart's content. It's even possible to see a shooting star or two, and on very rare occasions, a meteor shower or the northern lights. Guest access The camper is setup to "come and go as you please" and you will have it all to yourselves for the duration of your stay. You will have the use of yard, front and back, for your stay for sitting and relaxing, or playing games, as well as the use of a gas grill and the fire pit. We also have a screened in gazebo for you to enjoy reading in. Since the camper is small and there is limited storage for clothing, for extended stays of 5 days or more, we provide the use of our washer and dryer in the main house as needed. We'll supply the laundry detergent because we have allergies to soaps with a scent of any kind. If you would like to use dryer sheets please bring unscented ones with you as we do not have any in our laundry supplies. Other things to note If you're unsure about booking with us because of our chosen policies, please message us and we might be able to accommodate your special circumstances. We will do what we can to make your stay as nice and pleasant as possible. Feel free to ask if something is needed and we'll be happy to provide it, if possible, within reason. We have lived here for over 20 years so we may be able to help with ideas of things to do and places to see. Since the camper is small and there is limited storage for clothing.
