The house is located at 1600m altitude overlooking Smolyka. Just 50km from Grevena and 15km from Vasilitsa Ski Resort. Built in the traditional Macedonian way and with all modern amenities. The house is located 3 minutes from the center of the village and next to the church of Agios Kosmas. In the village, you can enjoy traditional food or choose enchanting hiking trails in the mountain. There is also easy access to the neighboring villages. The space A two lever yard surrounds the house with a view on the mountains. There are two entrances for the house. The main entrance guides you in the center of the house with a kitchen and a dining room on your right and low level sitting room for cozy nights next to the fireplace. Going up the first floor you will find one bedroom with 3 single beds and the main bathroom of the house. Going on the second floor you find a cute living room with a small library and there are the other two bedrooms with the first having a small double bed and a single bed and the second having two single beds accordingly. After the bedrooms, there lies the most beautiful room of the house. The room with the windows, ideal for relaxing evenings looking at the mountains and enjoying the sunsets. Keep in mind that in the first level of the yard you can find an extra storage room, with an extra freezer and an extra refrigerator.
