Blanca Beach House

As you come around the bend and see the ocean and beach ahead, you will feel the breath of relaxation. As the speed limit slows, you will feel the calm. On your arrival to Blanca Beach House, you will sense the peace and tranquility in amongst a little touch of luxury. With quality amenities, beautiful linen bedding and some added little extras to make your stay comfortable, you get to enjoy the feel of a tiny coastal town while enjoying everything Blanca has to offer. The space Blanca offers 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 with ensuites and 1 bedroom with 4 single bunks. The main bathroom contains a bath and there is a separate laundry with both a washing machine and dryer. Two living areas (main with an open fire) and open plan dining and kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine. There are basic pantry items provided eg oil, herbs, spices, flour, butter, milk, glad wrap, foil, baking paper, some bottled water, salt and pepper, instant coffee, tea and coffee beans. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm whether catering for just two or ten. We have an outdoor kitchen, living, and dining area with both a BBQ and fire pit for you to enjoy. the outdoor kitchen has cutlery, plates, bowls, platter, BBQ utensils, salt and pepper, etc. There is a games room in what was the garage with a table tennis table, foosball table, outdoor games, boogie boards, tennis racquets, beach cricket set and yoga mats. The second living area has a TV and HDMI cord, board games, card games, etc. There is ample room for on-site parking and the yard is fully fenced. A 3 minute walk to the river and 5 minute walk to the beach (Beach towels, sunscreen, bucket and beach toys provided as well as a trolley to load your gear into if required). The property is on tank water, we suggest you boil water for drinking (some bottled water is provided). As there is no local store, you will need to arrange your supplies before arrival. A portacot and highchair are available upon request. We are nearby to the Fanny's Bay Distillery, Bridestowe Lavender Farm, and numerous wineries and if you're a golf enthusiast there is a course just 5kms away at Lulworth or make a day of it at Barnbougle. We also highly recommend a day trip to Little Blue Lake, Derby, and the Pub in the Paddock. Guest access Guests have access to the enitre property. Other things to note Housekeeping We ask that you treat our home and our neighbours with respect. While indoors bare feet or socks, no shoes. No bed hopping, otherwise extra charges will apply. Please clean the BBQ after use and ensure all dishes, cutlery etc are washed up and put away and rubbish is put into the bins provided prior to leaving. We also ask that the gate is kept shut especially of an evening to keep out animals to protect lawns and plants while we get them extablished.
