Colle Gelso is a new green building, with a single room that is accessed directly from the large garden. For the exclusive use of guests, there is also an equipped kitchen, sofa and smart TV, outdoor living room and dining table in the garden. Close to the hospital, supermarket, bars and restaurants. 25 minutes from the sea (Cesenatico) The space The cottage consists of a double bedroom that overlooks the garden, a bathroom and a living area with an equipped kitchen, dining table, TV and sofa. Books, music with Alexa connected to Spotify, Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney Plus are available. Outside, for the exclusive use of guests, we have a dining table, a sitting room and 2 sun loungers. The cottage is attached to the owners' house but has a separate entrance and enjoys extreme privacy and tranquility. A cot for 0-4 year olds, high chair and changing table are available upon request. Guest access In addition to the indoor areas of the cottage, guests have a dining table in the garden, sun loungers and a comfortable outdoor lounge, for exclusive use. The cottage is located on a 2-hectare farm with olive and fruit trees. Guests can safely stroll through the hillside among the olive trees, in the garden, and pick persimmons when it is the season. Other things to note Before arrival, guests can safely express preferences regarding breakfast: e.g. plant-based milk rather than dairy, preference for wholemeal or gluten-free bread and biscuits.
