Lovely Folkparken is within walking distance with exciting playground, frisbee, mini golf, outdoor gym and beach volleyball and beautiful walking paths. Free parking is included. The space On the ground floor there are two rooms and a kitchen as well as a cozy little resting corner in the hall. In one of the rooms, there are two separate single beds. In the other room, we have a day bed that is easily converted into a bed or double bed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two beds, one of which is 120 cm wide, so it can be shared, for example, by a couple or a few children. In the small kitchen upstairs there is also a bed. There is also a toilet upstairs and in the basement there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. At the back, outdoors, there is a quiet garden, in summer with comfortable seating and tables. The house is powered by solar power. ☀️ Guest access Both floors are available for our guests. In the basement there are some rooms that are storage, these spaces are not intended for guests. The laundry room in the basement is available for guests to use, however, with a surcharge of SEK 100. Other things to note If we are not home when you arrive, the key to the house is in a key cabinet on the right side of the basement stairs. The code for the key cabinet will be sent to you the same day you arrive. Upstairs there is an evacuation ladder that can be used via a window. Instruments in the house are free to use!
