Completely renovated, it will offer you all the comfort you need for a successful relaxing stay with family or friends thanks to our spa and sauna! An authentic room converted into a games room will complete your well-being. The space House of character (classified 4 stars), with 2 parking spaces, on a plot of 400 m², petanque court. Terrace with plancha, spa under pergola available from April to October. Ground floor: kitchen (microwave, freezer), large living room (TV, Bluetooth speaker), wood stove (1st basket offered). 1 room (PMR) (1 bed 160 x 200 cm, 1 bed 90 x 200 cm). Toilet (PMR). Bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink) with laundry room (washing machine, dryer, toilet)/ Adjacent relaxation room (darts, arcade, books). From this room, access to the floor to 1 bedroom (4 beds 90 x 200 cm, 2 of which can be transformed into a bed 180 x 200 cm). From the living room access to the 1st floor not communicating with the room for 4 people: sauna. 1 room (1 bed 160 x 200 cm, bathroom with toilet) offering a terrace of 25 m². Smoke alarm. The bedding is of high quality, the beds are made upon arrival (sheets and towels provided). Childcare equipment available (bed, chair, bathtub, changing mat).
