Bear mountain escape

This is the ideal get away place at the foothills of bear mountain 1 hour away from nyc. The hikes of bear mountain start in our back yard. This is a so peaceful place you won’t want to leave the house. The entire house is newly renovated. The place comes with one acre open field to play any sport you like. There is an outdoor hot tub to relax and a finished basement. The property comes with an organic orchard and you can pick fruits if you happen to be there the right month. The space This is a unique property at the foothills of bear mountain. Our property is the first flat area that exists is the area and that is where we have create an acre play field. The house is build on the hill and it feels like you are at a tree house. One of the most beautiful and enjoyable things this house has is the outdoor spaces. The birds are singing all day long non stop and that is a beautiful relaxing feeling to experience. The house at the main floor consists of the master bedroom and master bathroom, kitchen area, dining room, living room/fire place area, full second bathroom, TV room, and another small bedroom. A balcony with an awning is outside the dining room. From the TV room you get the stairs to go down to the exercise area. One important thing to mention is that if you rent our house, our maintenance person will come to walk you around and show you every detail about the house so you won’t need time to go and look for how this house operates. If you’d like to prepare the outdoor jacuzzi for your stay, you’ll need to add 500$ extra for the month. Other things to note At this point the jacuzzi is not in use.
