Nearest railway station (Terme Euganei) with direct connections to Venice/Bologna/Padova is about 30 minutes by walk or 5 minutes in car/taxi (8-15 euro per ride). Private parking is available near a villa up to several cars. Smoking inside villa is not allowed (penalty 1000-1500 euro for cleaning). Smoking only outside. The space Relax with the whole family in this quiet and spacious accommodation. The villa is located in the National Park "Colli Euganei", near to the center of Montegrotto Terme city. Famous diving pool Y-40 is located by 20minutes by walk (or 5 min by car). Several Thermal hotels with day-access ticket are in the 20-25 min by walk (3-5 minutes by car). Several typical restaurants with local veneto cuisine and wines are located near villa: from 3 to 10 minutes by walk. Villa is situated very close to "Villa Draghi" with a lot of events organized around a year. Medieval Castel "Catajo" is located within 10 minutes by car. Other attractions like Arqua Petrarca or Valsanzibio Villa is located in 20-25 minutes by car. This zone is also famous of their bicycle roots with different length and level of difficulty We allow smoke only in a special place near the garden. We do not permit to smoke inside a villa. We do no have TV. We have radio and internet access. Guest access The whole villa, the terrace, private yard with garden plus private parking spaces for several cars. Inside villa there is a enough space fo 6 people, 1 big bed in first bedroom and other big bed in second bedroom, a queen size sofa in the zero floor. For children is available 1 bed for child and 1 baby cot. It is possible to rent a bicycle (MTB CUBE) to make fantastic rides over several routs in nearest hills. Bike rent to be charged additionally. Coffee machine, cooking kitchen stove, microwave oven, electrical oven, dishwashing machine, washing/drying machine, iron is available. Small place for barbecue is also available. Smoking is permitted only outside of the villa, in a special place near te garden. There is NO TV in the Villa.
