Luxury bungalow and large garden

Our home is a lovingly refurbished detached bungalow on 1/2 acre. We are in the Surrey Hills, and 50 minutes by train to London. The A3 is four minutes away and the Devils Punch Bowl a 10 minute walk. Everything you need is nearby, with lovely walks, individual shops, cafes and cosy pubs. No far away are National Trust properties, RHS Wisley, the South Coast and the attractive towns of Farnham, Haslemere and Guildford. Goodwood is an easy 35 minutes drive away. Cowdray Park 20 minutes drive. The space The highlight of our property is the huge vaulted kitchen/diner overlooking the mature garden. Here you can enjoy cooking, eating, chilling and TV watching. There is also a very comfortable sitting room with three sofas, a gas fire and a TV. This room has a view of the front garden and you can watch the sun set from here. All three bedrooms are comfortable doubles, with one of them easily converted to two single beds. Two of the bedrooms are at the front of the house and the master bedroom is at the rear with lovely back garden views. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, and a separate modern WC. Guest access You have the whole house to yourselves. Other things to note The house is in a very quiet cul de sac and you are really close to everything the area has to offer. Walking from the bungalow through the nearby woods is a particular joy. There is parking on the large driveway for a number of cars.
