Welcome to our charming, recently renovated 19th century village house! At the entrance, an equipped kitchen and dining table await you. Further on, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. On the 1st floor, a living room/bedroom with sofa bed, large TV and storage offers a cozy space. Finally, a mezzanine under the roofs houses a cocooning room illuminated by LEDs. An entire home just for you, 35 min from SUPER-BESSE and 15 min from Aubière The space you enter directly into the kitchen equipped with a dining table for 4 people, there is a coat rack on the wall on your right when entering and a stand to put your shoes. there is a map of France on which we will let you put where you come from ^^ a guestbook on the kitchen counter and you also have at your disposal a flexible binder with business cards for restaurants near us, activities to do etc... The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker with 2 coffees provided per adult, a kettle, a toaster, a glass-ceramic hob, a hood, a large sink, plates, cups, bowl and glasses as well as pots and pans to cook your favorite dishes. On the same floor, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There is a small towel as well as a large one provided for each guest. In the shower, you have shower gel, shampoo and conditioner also provided. we will ask you to remove your shoes (there are slippers at the entrance) to go up to the first floor by a beautiful wooden staircase. The first floor includes a sofa convertible into a real bed with a mattress for 2 people, a TV and storage furniture for your clothes. A miller's ladder will take you to the mezzanine, ceiling height less than 1m30, to sleep near the stars on a Japanese futon for 2 people. our recently renovated village house is a cozy and warm house for a family trip to Auvergne or a week of work where you want to rest in the evening. Don't hesitate to book, we will be happy to host you. Guest access The house is entirely for guests Other things to note We simply ask our guests to remove their shoes to access the floor because the wooden staircase has been renovated. There are slippers provided. We also want guests to leave us a note in the guestbook if possible ^^ Leave the dirty towels hanging on the rod and just remove the used sheets and place them on the beds.
