The visitor's tax of 4.50 per adult (child from 16 years)/night is charged separately. The space The apartment has three cozy bedrooms; a stylish box spring bed, a double bed that can be separated into two single beds, and a practical, pull-out bed, ideal for additional guests or children. All bedrooms face the forest. If you are traveling with children, please let us know, we can provide you with useful items such as a high chair, toys, sleds, etc. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the majestic mountains and the adjacent edge of the forest from your own balcony - the perfect place to start or end the day with a cup of coffee. Another great advantage is the location: The apartment is located in the same building as the SPAR grocery store, so you can easily go shopping without having to worry about the weather. The bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the house ensures that you can reach the popular tourist destination Lenzerheide-Valbella in just 10 minutes by the free sports bus. If you arrive by private vehicle, you can park it directly in front of the house entrance. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers you the opportunity to prepare your favorite dishes. A Nespresso machine, a milk frother and kettle are looking forward to their use ;-) There is also a raclette oven and fondue set at your disposal. There are also two bathrooms, one with a refreshing shower and the other with a relaxing bathtub and a toilet. Bath and hand towels are available.
