Deus Silva is a renovated apartment on the second floor of a two-storey apartment building in the back overlooking the city forest. The high aesthetic apartment consists of an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with shower. It also has a terrace with dining area. The accommodation is 300m from the city center and is located in a neighborhood with amenities. It is also located at a junction between Arta, Preveza and Ioannina at a distance of 15' to 1 hour. The space Upon entering, the guest finds the living room where they can relax, watch TV, read a book from the many in our library and hang out on the sofa of the space enjoying their Greek coffee, French coffee or espresso from the coffee makers with which our kitchen is equipped. Our bathroom has a shower and our two bedrooms have 2 semi-double beds and a king size bed. Both rooms have smart TVs. On the terrace overlooking the forest, the visitor can relax while eating breakfast or lunch in the outdoor dining room literally in the sea. Guest access The guest can use the entire apartment.
