Located directly off of the Right-of-Way ski run near the base of the ski resort, your family can easily ski down to the gondola to start your day on the mountain! If you need a break from the slopes and want to enjoy some local cuisine, there are several restaurants and après ski bars all located nearby. You can also relax in the shared outdoor hot tub while taking in the view of the ski resort. Summertime activities are also right outside your door, including miles of hiking and mountain bike trails, fishing on the Yampa or Elk River, or work on your golf game at one of several local golf courses. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours.
