Property has a home theatre and large 80 inch TV, open plan living/ dining room with a second TV/Lounge or children's activity area including PlayStation and movies and a fold out sofa if needed. Outdoor area accommodates dining and relaxing and a large under cover area. Property is approximately 5 minutes to local wineries (some amazing choices to wine or dine) and the main entertainment HUB / Concert Venues and Hunter Valley Garden The space Perfect for family getaways as the property accommodates a variety of different areas being the rear alfresco area to relax or entertain which includes a table to eat and relax or an outdoor setting to kick your feet up and enjoy a glass of wine. A large living area with spacious dining table for large gatherings. The children's area includes games a PlayStation as well as movies to keep the kids occupied and a theatre room too. Guest access No stairs and easy access for restricted persons. Other things to note House accommodates the following sleeping arrangement. Main room: One Queen bed = 1 couple (2) or 1 single (1), 2nd room: One Queen bed = 1 couple (2) or 1 single (1), 3rd room: One Queen bed = 1 couple (2) or 1 single (1), 4th room: Two King Singles = 2 singles (2), Rear Living area: One Queen fold out couch = 1 couple (2) or 1 single (1). Driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. Street parking is also available. Garage is currently not in use as cleaning company use to store consumables. Please do not park on the grass as this has previously caused damage to turf as well as irrigation system. There is a cleaning fee automatically added to booking.
