The home is a retreat for travelers, spacious for work crews, a weekend getaway, or a family vacation. Three bedrooms +2 full baths, sleeps 8 comfortably, with an open kitchen/dining/living room concept. Minutes away from the highly traveled Hwy 49, the home is conveniently located between Jackson, Hattiesburg, and Laurel. The space This family-friendly, 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style home is located in the middle of our family farm and nestled along Shelby Creek. Sleeping arrangements: Primary Suite: King-size bed Middle Room: Full-size bed, twin bed +a twin trundle bed Back bedroom: King-size bed The primary suite bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom, complete with a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, separate room for the toilet, and walk-in closet. The second bathroom is a split room across the hall from the other two bedrooms. In the hall bath is the linen closet where fresh towels are stored. A dedicated work space, including outlets and charging ports, a comfy chair and a desk is available for anyone needing to get some work done away from home. The covered porches are great for bird watchers and nature lovers or take a walk for an up-close look. This modern, double-wide home has a metal roof. If it happens to rain during your visit be prepared for some music! There is no TV, but WIFI is available. In keeping this a family-friendly home we have a drug-free premise with no smoking, no vaping, and no partying policy. Guest access Feel free to roam! Walk the driveways. Watch for deer; they like the creek, the open areas, the trees and are often seen crossing the drive. Listen for the owls, and a myriad of other birds. Keep your eyes down if you're an avid arrowhead hunting guest! They seem to surface after big rains. You may find your next treasure on this property! Other things to note We've tried to anticipate the needs of our guests in the home and in this description. If there is anything we can do to improve your experience, we are accessible via messenger. Please know that we are located in a wooded area. We use a pest control service in and around the home, but you are still likely to see a few insects or other living beings from Mother Nature.
