Around 12 min from CSUN. 2.5mi from Grace Church. Central in the valley w lots of attractions less than 20min away The space Spectacular 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath pool & hot tub home. The house is thoughtfully designed and cared for. You’ll immediately feel at home in every room and drawn to the gorgeous pool area. When you walk into the home you’ll see the a living room with a fireplace, vintage and modern does vintage furniture, with an amazing LA vibe. At the end of the living room are the sliding patio doors that take you to the pool area. From the main living room to the right is an open concept kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is stocked with much more than just the basic essentials. Between the kitchen and the living room is the dining room. It has a lovely slate tile table, elegant booth and 3 velvety plush side chairs. The backyard is extremely private as it is surrounded by hedges and large palm trees. It has pool that is 6’ in the deep end and 3’ on the shallow end. There’s a connected hot tub that is for you to heat up and use free of charge. Adjacent to the pool you’ll find a comfortable seating area. Back in the house you can go upstairs and you’ll have your choice of 4 bedrooms. The principal bedroom has a unique fantastic queen size mid century bed, private large modern bathroom, TV and desk if you need to do some telecommuting. There are 3 additional bedrooms down the hall that share a bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the final fourth bedroom a double bed. The primary bedroom and second largest bedroom are equipped with smart tvs. There is a laundry off the kitchen in the garage. It has a large capacity washer and dryer. If you’d like the pool heated during the colder months (typically October to May), you can heat it for: $150/day for a minimum of 3 days in October, April and May $200/day for a minimum of 3 days November to March The difference in pool heat is due to the colder nights November to March & the new gas price hikes with the local utility making it much more expensive to heat the pool. If you’re heating it for a longer stay (4 days or more), we charge $150/day. The cost to maintain the pool heated is less than the initial hearing the pool from 50 degrees to 89. Guest access Guests will receive a unique code for door access complete with check in instructions. Other things to note No large parties are allowed. 8 overnight guests only with an additional 4 daytime guests allowed. For larger special events and filming the space is available on a per hour rate. The rate is based on the number of guests and event type. We do have a strict cancellation policy. We recommend guests who are uncertain about their stay purchase the very affordable Airbnb travel insurance. Travel insurance in general is a good investment, as life is not always certain.
