This cottage is nestled between the Catskills & Berkshires on a Farm Winery property. The winery tasting room is open Saturdays and Sundays from April/May to October/November ~ special events/requests may also be considered! This is new construction and we are still working on furnishings, window coverings, plants, etc. Price reflects this work-in-progress ;-) The space There are so many great fun things to do in the area! Many towns, art installations, skiing options, restaurants, farmstands, breweries, distilleries, wineries, and grocery options within 5-30 minute drives. Also Instacart will deliver here. We’re close to the Empire State Trail as well as gravel roads (great for biking). Hiking and ski resorts are nearby too! About a 30 minute drive to Albany for airport, Amtrak, big stores, theater, etc. About a 30 minute drive to Hudson for Amtrak, big stores, many cool things, etc. About a 30 minute drive to Tanglewood About 1 hour drive to Saratoga Springs Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the large outdoor area of the winery and grass parking lot between noon and 6pm daily. The large open meadow (great for stargazing) next to the cottage is also available for guest enjoyment (just please respect the privacy of our other guests). If you are interested in a tour of the vineyard or woods, just ask! Other things to note NO GUESTS UNDER AGE 21! NO PETS! You're welcome to login to TV for your favorite streaming apps. Quiet hours 9pm-7am, and during winery hours of operation.
