It is a spacious room in a cottage , set back from the road in the charming village of Ticknall . Easy access to the grounds of Calke Abbey . Good for proximity to Melbourne and East Midlands Airport . Quiet and Peaceful . Two pubs , one with restaurant are just around the corner . More facilities are in the next village ,Melbourne ..shops, cafes , pubs and Melbourne Hall and grounds The space Large double bedroom upstairs ...spacious with plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. The bathroom is shared and has a shower over the bath . Downstairs is the kitchen and dining room and back garden . The living room is used for my work and is not accessible .
