This is not a luxury unit, we strive to provide a GOOD VALUE for the price / location! The space The layout of the townhouse is as follows: Ground level - Small garage (No SUV or Trucks). There is a room down here, but it is not part of the AirBNB. Second level - Dining room, kitchen, living room, and half bathroom Third level - Two bedrooms with King beds and full bathroom (Jack and Jill Bathroom with bathtub/shower) IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ! This unit allows more guests than there are formal beds. We do not provide extra sheets, blankets, pillows, or towels beyond what is already set for the standard beds. We supply 2 towels per bed only. Guests should bring any additional linens or bedding they may need. If you are trying to bring more guests - we do not take responsibility for providing sheets, beds, pillows or blankets. This is the guest's responsibility. By booking this unit, you agree to these terms. This apartment has 3 floors. There are stairs. Guest access • Free WiFi • Self Check-In and Check-Out via smart lock • Instant communication and friendly support from hosts and co-host • Dedicated workspace • 65” HD 4k TV Other things to note House Rules Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, outdoors (including balconies and patios), and fines of $1200 apply if smoking is detected. Tampering with or removing smoking detection devices incurs a $500 fee. PETS - We do NOT allow pets. Any pets inside the unit will result in a $200 fee. Lost and Found: The property is not liable for lost items. A handling and shipping fee applies for retrieval. Unclaimed items are held for 72 hours and may be disposed of afterward. Fees vary based on the item’s value and hold duration. Parcel Delivery Policy: 1. Do not use our address for shipping packages. We do not accept or deliver parcels for guests. 2. We are not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. No Party Policy: Strictly no parties allowed; security cameras outside the home and noise detectors are in place. The police will be called for any parties, resulting in eviction with no refunds. Unauthorized Guests: $100 per guest fine. Party Fine: $500. Unauthorized Late Checkout Fine: $50 per hour. MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the maintenance staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if you continue to harass/verbally abuse our staff. Any violation of this agreement will lead to an immediate termination of your reservation. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, pets, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you can be a fined up to $1,200. By booking, you agree to adhere to these rules. Violations may result in cancellation without refund, and fines will be applied as indicated.
