The apartment/boathouse is decorated to give you a cozy feeling, with a fully equipped kitchen and other modern amenities. Here you are literally right at the edge of the sea. Enjoy nature, proximity to the lake and beach. The space Grocery store is within a short walking distance from the apartment. The area has many great swimming areas. There is a great sandy beach within a 5-minute walk. There are good hiking opportunities in the area with many marked hiking trails. It is a short distance to Kvinesdal, Flekkefjord, Farsund and Lyngdal. A short drive away you will find activities such as Kvinabadet, golf course, Sørlandsbadet, shopping, restaurants, Lucky Strike bowling and much more. The apartment is spread over 2 floors. The ceiling on the 2nd floor is slanted. The sleeping places are distributed as follows: Bedroom: Family bunk 150 cm with bunk bed, 75 cm. Loft: 120 cm, 120 cm, 75 cm. Sleeping space in the living room: 120 cm. It is perfectly possible for a child and an adult to sleep in a 120 cm bed. Heating is heating cables in the floor. Refrigerator/freezer is a combination cabinet on the 2nd floor. TV is smart TV where you can log in to your own apps. Other things to note It is possible to rent Hasle Sommerfun motorboat for NOK 500 per day, or NOK 2,000 per week. It is possible to rent 2 paddleboards and 2 kayaks for NOK 150 per stay. The place is family friendly and not suitable as a party venue.
