Check out the reviews The space Located on the ground floor (two steps up) of a small residential building, the first door on the right — a security door — will be your accommodation. The 90 sqm apartment is in a quiet area. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, "Full-Point BIORIPOSO," entirely plant-based and equipped with an internal circuit that neutralizes ambient electromagnetic "noise" for a more relaxing sleep. The kitchen: 4 burners, refrigerator, oven, filtering extractor hood and of course a complete set of plates, glasses, cups and cutlery, a table for 4, a LAVAZZA coffee machine with assorted pods, which can also be used to heat water for tea and herbal tea bags. The living room, overlooking the small communal garden, is equipped with a SOFA BED for two people, an elegant fold-out wooden table seating 8, and a SMART HD TV so you can watch content of your choice. The house is covered by Wi-Fi, and upon your arrival you'll find, depending on the number of guests, all beds fully equipped with sheets, pillowcases, a duvet and towels. You'll have a fan and a dehumidifier available, but there is no air conditioning. PARKING Street parking is always available below the building or a little further along, on a quiet secondary road.
