B&B Turfkade9 Sleep in one of our three rooms of this old carpentry workshop. Indulge in a delicious breakfast in the morning in the shared breakfast room. A tourist office is almost unnecessary because I am happy to tell you about what to do nearby. You can eat well in Franeker, Harlingen or Leeuwarden, where you can easily get there by train. A little romance in the room? Order a wine package and enjoy a good glass of wine and a delicious snack platter. Feel welcome. The space Our B&B has 3 rooms. Each room has its own bathroom, coffee and tea making facilities, Netflix and a lovely sitting area. The Houtzolder is located at the front of the B&B above the breakfast room and overlooks the water. The Timmermans room is a maisonette and has a separate sleeping room that you reach via a staircase in the room. This room is located at the back of the building on the first floor. Room de opslag is on the ground floor also at the back and next to the breakfast room. Breakfast is served in the morning in the shared breakfast room. Guest access Guests have access to the shared breakfast room in addition to their own room. You can sit here and read or play a game that is present in the room. In the summer, you can sit in the sun on the sidewalk in front of the B&B. During your stay During check-in, I am present to provide you with all the information. This can be about what to do in Franeker and the surrounding area to the explanation of the TV. I also like to provide my guests with a piece of history about the property and the view. During breakfast, I am also available for a chat and I pour the coffee and tea.
