Other things to note •As a courtesy we provide a “Welcome Kit” of supplies including Toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, shampoo, body soap, coffee, tea, sugar, coffee creamer, olive oil, salt & pepper. If you need more supplies than what’s provided, guests are responsible for purchasing them. • Mid stay or daily cleaning are available for a fee upon request. • BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters or lizards, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. Security & Monitoring A Ring video doorbell is installed at the front door and records the porch and front of the house. And a security camera recording the pool equipment area showing only the pool equipment. We receive real-time alerts and have access to recorded footage at all times. There are no interior cameras. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. All guests must fully vacate the property by this time. Any late check-out will result in a $250 fee, as it delays our cleaning team and impacts preparation for incoming guests. Before booking please review the house rules.
