Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size and double trundle bed, both with mini split. Bathroom with tub, garage for one car and small backyard. The TV has activated accounts available included in your Netflix and Prime Video reservation, as well as Wi-Fi. The street access is a small stretch of dirt road. Other things to note The boiler (water heater) is a pass-through. To use it, just open the hot water faucet, the temperature is regulated directly in the boiler. The house currently has 2 mini splits, one in each bedroom, and in general has water air conditioning distributed with ducts throughout the house.
