The space -SHIN- Yame Fukushima is a town where the good old culture of gentlemen's agreements continues to this day. When it once flourished as a merchant town, it is said that there was a culture where some merchants would take over the debts of other merchants who were struggling financially, and there were also gentle restrictions on the town's freedom. Gentlemen worked hard to maintain the town and help it prosper. That culture has been passed down even today, although their positions and roles have changed. Modern-day gentlemen repair vacant houses one by one and find businesses that will help the town prosper. Yame Fukushima has beautiful streets and a culture of life today because of the gentlemen who are responsible for modern-day town development who have gone out of their way to carry it on. In Japan, there are 24 seasonal divisions, such as Risshun (the first day of spring) and the summer solstice, and 72 seasonal weather signs, which indicate the change of the seasons every five days.
