The space The Rumpanion is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Lancewood Meadows, a gated community in Ocho Rios, St. Ann. It sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. The full house is yours for the stay both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, pool, and outdoor areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, and kettle. Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and wine glasses are all provided. Coffee is included. Every room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There's a washer on-site and a clothesline outside for drying. The living room has a TV, board games, and a desk with power if you need to work. The pool is private and for registered guests only. There is no dryer, no BBQ, and no beach access on the property. The nearest public beaches are about 10 minutes away. Guest access You have access to the entire property all indoor rooms, the pool, outdoor areas, and on-site parking. The front door uses a smart lock. Enter your 4-digit code on the keypad touchpad and press # to unlock. Your code will be sent before arrival. The property is inside Lancewood Meadows, a gated community. Once through the gate, take the first left, follow the road up the hill, and the house is on the right. Please note that the full name of all guests will be required after booking to be provided to the security at the gate, security will only allow access to registered guests. Parking is available on the property. Extra parking is along the street. Google Maps does not navigate reliably to this address. Use these directions instead: Search "Sandals Golf Club – Ocho Rios" in Google Maps as your destination. About 900 metres before you reach it, watch the right side of the road for two signs "Welcome to Bonham Heights" and "Lancewood Meadows." Turn right there. The gated entrance will appear on your right. Other things to note No dryer on-site. A clothesline is available outside. No generator. Power outages are uncommon but possible in Jamaica. If one occurs, it typically resolves within a few hours. Water comes from both the mains supply and an on-site tank. Supply is reliable. No BBQ or grill on-site. No beach access on the property. Turtle Beach and Mahogany Beach are both about 10 minutes away by car. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The community is residential please be mindful of neighbours. The house accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. If your group is larger, message us before booking. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets. No parties or events.
