Rolandseck is a popular starting point for hiking, cycling, boat trips, city trips. The lovingly designed 60 sqm vacation home at a glance: Living area: The entire lower floor is at your disposal, complemented by a work area on the first floor with a comfortable desk – ideal for concentrated work during your stay. A fully-equipped kitchen-living room incl. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, etc. in a cozy and spacious feel-good atmosphere with terrace exit. On the 22 sqm terrace with garden (91 sqm in total) with garden furniture and sun loungers, you can enjoy your first cup of coffee in peace with a view of the Rhine and Siebengebirge at a wonderful sunrise. Separate bedroom (double bed), electric shutters and fly screens. Separate TV room with sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm, spring core) can accommodate up to 2 more people. For each additional person we charge 18 EUR per night. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer and towels. The bike trail also leads directly from the house to Koblenz or Cologne and is ideal for families and pleasure cyclists. In all four seasons, you can take the Rhine ferries to the opposite side of the Rhine to enjoy the beautiful wineries, wine towns and the Siebengebirge. A boat tour on the Rhine with a view and a visit to the picturesque castles and palaces will delight you. In the immediate vicinity (15 min by car or 30 min by bike) is the beautiful former federal capital Bonn. Located directly on the Rhine, you should not miss this. Enjoy the wonderful, eclectic events in summer in the Rheinaue. There is much to see, for example, the political sites of past times, or the museum mile, etc., not to mention the birthplace of Ludwig van Beethoven. The cities of Cologne and Koblenz are also a MUST and can be reached wonderfully by car or train. In 5 minutes by car (10 minutes by bike) you can reach the village of Mehlem/Bonn Bad Godesberg. In the other direction it is also 5 minutes by car (10 minutes by bike) to the village of Oberwinter/Remagen. There you will find restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, cafés, banks, doctors and hairdressers. You can enjoy a wonderful break in a fantastic backdrop on the Middle Rhine.
