Just steps from Nebraska Beach, this cottage offers stunning north-facing channel views & easy beach access. Nestled in a peaceful area, you can spend your days swimming, kayaking, fishing, or collecting fresh oysters at low tide. It’s also close to the Jetty Café, boat ramp, & walking trails. The space Soak up the serenity at Pine Cottage, where you’ll enjoy your own private 4 person infrared sauna and a spa with beautiful water views—the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Designed for year-round comfort, the cottage offers reverse-cycle air conditioning as well as a cosy wood fire. Outside, unwind around the fire pit, sway in the swing chair, or enjoy the fairy lights as the sun sets over the channel. A peaceful and scenic escape that’s ideal for both relaxing and recharging. The cottage offers easy parking and is just a one-minute walk down a sandy garden path to the beach and within walking distance of the local jetty where you can catch flathead and squid. A short 10-minute walk also leads to Bruny Wild Café, which serves delicious breakfasts, lunches, and wood-fired pizzas. To make your mornings even more enjoyable, we provide Lavazza coffee pods for the Smeg coffee machine and an assortment of tea. The kitchenette facilities include an airfyer, stove top and microwave. We recommend bringing ample food and beverages, as the main supply store is in Adventure Bay. Additionally, it's best to refuel your vehicle before boarding the ferry to ensure a smooth and stress-free island experience. Accessibility Back entrance: One external step leading to the front door. Internal layout: Small step between the living room, dining area, and kitchen (with sensor lights in place). Front entrance: Ramp with handrail plus one step with sliding door. Guest access Guests have full access to all facilities at Pine Cottage. Please keep in mind that the property is surrounded by native bushland and wildlife. While this adds to the charm and tranquillity of the setting, we ask guests to respect the natural environment and be mindful of local animals that may visit the area. Other things to note 🚣 Kayak & Safety A single kayak and one life jacket are available for use. Please prioritise safety and note that you use the kayak at your own risk. 🎣 Fishing Gear We provide three fishing rods and hooks—you’ll need to bring any additional gear or bait. 🧖‍♀️ Infrared Sauna (4 person) Please shower before use, and read the safety card located at the sauna hut. By using the sauna, you agree that the host and property owner are not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from sauna use. 🛁 Spa A three-person spa is available for your use. Please note that the property operates on tank water. We kindly ask that you use it mindfully and at guests’ own risk 🛏️ Flexible Bedding Option The king bed can be split into two singles.
