Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, air-fryer, pans, kettle, nespresso machine, mugs, crockery and cutlery etc., Fridge and freezer space are available. Washing machine, clothes airer, iron available. Laundry can be done by arrangement whilst you are at work. For the summer months, the enclosed rear garden is private and has paved areas with a variety of seating in both sun and shade. Tables are available. Wifi is extended into the garden area. Central heating with individual temperature control for each room. Upstairs, a modern bathroom with quadrant shower , bath and hand basin. Hot water provided on demand from a combi boiler. In your room you will find freshly laundered bed linen, towels and bathrobe. A hair dryer and a variety of overnight essentials are available for any forgotten items. The room has full length mirror, multiple plug sockets and USB charging. Overlooking the private rear garden, the window is shielded by both a slatted and a blackout blind.
