The space The guest house has a private, small and roofed terrace, living area and bedroom and private bathroom. There is NO kitchen in the guest house. Restaurants and bars at 15 min walk. The guest house is situated on 2200sqm of land where also the main house (where we as a family live) is situated. 15-minute walk to village centre with many restaurants & terraces and a large park with pond and ducks. 15 min walk to River Turia. To Valencia: metro 5 min walk (35 min ride). By car 25 min to centre, 25 min to beach. Guest access Shared pool can be used when renting the guest house.
