Plus, it's only a 32-minute drive to Coffs Harbour Airport for convenient travel options. Located amidst nature, just meters from the State Forest and perfect for those who love outdoor activities, yet also centrally positioned in town, you enjoy the best of both worlds! The town is just a 1-kilometer walk or a quick 1-2 minute drive, with local restaurants such as RSL and Bowling Club only a 20-minute walk away. This amazing large home suits a big family or group of friends eager for a holiday retreat! It has been recently renovated, offering a modern setting for a family holiday in a peaceful area. Featuring three bedrooms: the master suite with a queen-sized bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third room that can serve as a nursery with a standard single bed, porta-cot, and high chair. The open plan living and dining area is complemented by an outdoor deck with alfresco seating. Our kitchen is outfitted with state-of-the-art appliances, such as a X-Large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and stovetop, making it ideal for preparing meals and hosting guests. You'll also find additional amenities like a French Press Coffee Maker with coffee supplies, a Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. The laundry area comes equipped with a washer, dryer, vacuum, as well as pegs for the clothesline. You will find the iron and ironing mat in the hallway cupboard. The exterior features a sheltered alfresco area with lounge seating. The dwelling includes reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans, providing all the comforts of a home environment. KITCHEN - Stocked with all necessary utensils, the kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, a kettle, and a toaster, air-fryer. There's a convenient breakfast bar with stools for a quick bite or the option to dine at the formal table or on the outdoor veranda. PANTRY - Supplies such as teas, coffee, sugar, condiments, and basic essentials like salt, pepper, cooking oil, foil, and plastic wrap are available. For those staying several days, please take inventory of the pantry and kitchen drawers before shopping and feel free to use our provisions. We encourage replenishing any last-used items for the convenience of future guests. DINING - Accommodates four people with a table and chairs. LOUNGE - Spend valuable moments with family and friends on our comfortable reclining couches. BEDROOM 1 - MAIN BEDROOM - Features a queen-sized bed with linens, a ceiling fan, and a closet complete with ample drawers. BEDROOM 2 - Contains a single size bed, linens, a ceiling fan, and a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. A portable cot with bassinet attachment and high chair are also available upon request. Please BYO your own linen for the porta-cot/bassinet. THE PORTA-COT - Includes an attachable changing table – Make sure to sanitise it with a disinfectant wipe after every use. The cover for the mattress is removable and can be washed; however, it requires hand washing and air drying. BEDROOM 3 – Furnished with a double bed and linens, this room comfortably houses 1-2 guests, with a ceiling fan and spacious wardrobe. BATHROOM - Boasts a deep bathtub, separate shower, and twin sinks. Hairdryers and guest toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, are provided for your convenience. A waste bin is available in the restroom and another in the bathroom cupboards. Kindly refrain from disposing of anything except toilet paper and human waste in the toilet. THE VOID - CHILDREN'S PLAY SPACE - Adjacent to the main bedroom, a section is designed especially for children, featuring a spacious rug and a bench seat with storage brimming with children's games. It's a perfect spot for kids to enjoy while offering parents a chance for some peace and personal time! OUTDOOR PATIO - Features a spacious outdoor dining lounge area and gas BBQ. LAUNDRY - Newly added washing machine and dryer for your use, alongside pegs, and a washing basket to facilitate line drying clothes. SECONDARY HALF BATHROOM - Situated on the ground floor within the garage, this compact half bathroom serves perfectly as a rinse-off area after a day at the beach. It includes a toilet and shower. Guest access Visitors are welcome to enjoy the entire residence, including the garage, where you can park your vehicle safely, away from the street and under cover. There's also free charging available for electric cars! Take advantage of our high-speed WiFi, which can easily handle several devices streaming HD videos at once. We welcome pets in our home! If you plan on bringing a dog or other pets for your vacation, just let us know. For specific needs, like having your pet sleep indoors, notify us beforehand. Dogs must be trained and show good behavior. We allow pets to stay indoors overnight or during harsh weather if needed, but they must remain on their designated bed. Pets cannot be left inside or outside unattended when you leave the premises. We love fur babies, so they are allowed on the property. However, we do not allow pets to be left alone as the property is more susceptible to damage as pets can become very anxious when left alone in an unfamiliar place. As hosts, we aim to keep our property at a high standard for all guests and we want to keep our neighbors happy. We would hate to inconvenience future guests due to damaged incurred. We supply bed linens, but ask that you bring your own towels for beach use during your visit. An inventory check is done at the end of your stay, and guests will be billed for any missing items. Check-in starts at 2:00 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Is there a luggage storage option? We can assist in storing luggage for our guests. Can I make a reservation for a group? Our accommodations are not suitable for group gatherings. Typically, we do not accommodate gatherings of more than 4 guests. There are plenty of holiday houses and larger apartments in Nambucca Heads better suited for group gatherings. Do you offer free WiFi? We offer complimentary high-speed WiFi access for our guests, capable of supporting multiple devices streaming HD content simultaneously. What amenities are provided in the rooms? A hair dryer, bath products, bath towels, hand towels, face washers, and basic kitchenette supplies for cooking on the electric cook-top/oven (such as olive oil, salt, and pepper).
