We are conveniently located within 20-60 minute drive from various skiing resorts, including Boyne Mountain, Treetops, & Otsego Club Resort. This three bedroom two bathroom home sleeps up to six guests and is thoughtfully updated with brand new beds, fresh linens, and modern touches throughout. Perfect for families, couples, or a friends’ retreat, Channel Lodge combines a peaceful waterfront setting with easy access to trails, slopes, and local favorites. Driveway: Spacious U-shaped driveway with approximately 12 foot wide entrances and an estimated 100 feet of drive length, offering easy access and ample parking. Ideal for multiple vehicles, trucks, and trailers, including snowmobile or recreational trailers. Guest access All areas of the house available for guests to use. Front door has a keypad. Code will be given before check-in. While property and neighborhood are located on dirt roads, you should have no problem accessing the house. There is a round about driveway, we just ask you do not park on the grass (the septic is located there) and overflow parking at the neighborhood pool. In winter months, four-wheel drive or all wheel drive is *strongly* recommended. Parking is a breeze with a spacious U shaped driveway featuring approximately 12 foot wide entrances and an estimated 100 feet of drive length. There is plenty of room for multiple vehicles, trucks, and trailers, including snowmobile and recreational trailers. Please stay in the U-shaped driveway as the yard away from house has boulders placed there to avoid people driving over our septic, please and thank you.
