Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located getaway. The space This property is one half of a duplex. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Very friendly street. The Valley Street Bridge Access to the Great Allegany Passage/GAP Trail/C&O Towpath (which has a convenient parking lot) is located at the end of the street + down a set of stairs. Meaning, if you get off the GAP trail at the Valley Street Bridge, you climb a flight of stairs up to the end of the street where you are staying. You can also choose to ride your bike/walk up the street. Easy on/easy off the trail. Hop back on the trail to get to our recently renovated downtown, approximately 3/4 mile picturesque walk along Wills Creek. There is a front porch with two chairs and a table, and the back yard is fenced and private. Guest access There is one bedroom that is locked with the owner's personal items. The rest of the house is available for guests. Other things to note There is a parking space behind the property that looks like it belongs to the house. It does not, so please do not park there. There is plenty of free street parking on our street and all adjacent streets.
