Welcome to Hameau de Saintonge, a hotel residence. Stay in one of our 18 chalets of 26 m² or one of our 12 maisonettes for 2 to 8 people. The hamlet, a green area of 3 hectares, is completely enclosed for the safety of children. Nearby: castles, character villages, rivers, Rochefort, 1st beach 30 minutes away, less than 45 minutes to La Rochelle, Ile d'Aix, Fort Boyard, Ile d'Oléron, Saintes, La Palmyre, Le Marais Poitevin. The space The cottage for up to 4 people is equipped with 2 bedrooms: one double bed 140, the other 2 beds 80, bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette with 2 electric hobs, microwave, large fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, television (no sofa), indoor/outdoor table and chairs, free Wi-Fi, terrace with table and 2 low armchairs, Linen and cleaning included up to 3 nights. From 4 nights linen and cleaning optional (lower rate per night) Guest access On site you can enjoy our services: 1 free parking space (2nd paid space if needed July/August), multi-sports field, petanque courts, children's games, large collective barbecue, coin-operated laundry. July and August: snack/bar, heated pool and paddling pool (until mid-September depending on the weather), games room, library, inflatable structure, mini golf (equipment rental) Other things to note For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed and bath linen are included, end-of-stay cleaning is included (excluding dishes). From 4 nights and more, linens are not included. Each bed is equipped with a duvet and square pillow. (Bedding rental is available at €12 per bed) End-of-stay cleaning is your responsibility (Extra service at €45 to be paid on site if you want a hassle-free vacation!) Pets are allowed at a rate of €5.50/night (kept on a leash in the hamlet) Breakfast basket (brought to your accommodation between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.) at €7.20 per adult and €4.70 per child, to be booked on site. On-site parking closed (code gate) located between 10 and 70 meters from your chalet.
