Our newly remodeled modern farmhouse is steeped in rich history & seamlessly blends its storied past with contemporary comforts offering you a tranquil escape. The property boasts semi-private beach access & features a serene creek with a waterfall that outlets into Grand Traverse Bay. Located just miles outside of the charming Suttons Bay, you will have access to many local wineries/breweries, the TART bike trail, & local attractions such as Sleeping Bear Dunes or the Leelanau Sands Casino. The space Our home offers 1 bedroom w/King bed & private bath (w/soaking tub), 3 bedrooms w/Queen beds, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 3 full bathrooms, a living area w/gas fireplace & smart TV, washer/dryer, kitchen w/gas range & multiple cooking amenities, 8-person dinning table. Central air/heat throughout. Large outdoor deck w/gas grill, ceiling fans & electrical outlets. High speed fiber WiFi. Semi-private beach access (shared with my in-laws who own the property behind us). Covered outdoor seating & indoor sunroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property. There is a small guest house on the back part of the property that may, on a rare occasion, be occupied by our family (not more than 3 adults), but they will not interfere with your stay and we will notify you in advance if this is the case. There is a separate driveway access for the back house as well, so they can come and go without any disruption to your stay. If this is a concern for you please let us know in advance and we will make sure they don't visit during your stay.
