The living room area of the room has a sofa bed with coffee tables and a smart TV with a box and access to certain platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Molotov... The room welcomes you with a queen size bed with a very good French quality mattress. The bed is made upon arrival. The bathroom has a shower and a vanity. You will access the residence via a small cul-de-sac where a large wooden porch awaits you. Once through the door, you will discover the inner courtyard and the beautiful facade of the building where the apartment is located. Access is fully secured by a smart lock and a camera monitors the outside of the residence for your comfort.
