Bemm River Cottages - Bream Cottage

This cottage has two separate bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and one single bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed plus two single beds, (5 beds in all). The unit has an open plan living space with a very well-appointed kitchen, dining area and lounge, where you will find all your basic needs, including a chest freezer for your catch of the day. The space With 7 units at 93 Sydenham Parade and the 2 cottages at 19 & 19A Wattle Street, Cosy Nook can accommodate you, your family, friends and clubs in well appointed and very comfortable surroundings. Both sites have ample free parking, and BBQ facilities. Cosy Nook Holiday Accommodation also offers a spacious BBQ, entertainment and presentation area, which is also available to guests staying at the cottages. Both sites are great jumping off points for fishing, sightseeing, bush walking and local tourist hotspots. Accommodation for itinerant workers is also available. Guest access Guests have access to free Wi-Fi (Network ID & password listed in your cottage), a covered carport, extra parking on the lawns and roadside, shared with Perch Cottage, next door. A BBQ on the back deck, shared outdoor furniture, chiminea and a clothesline in the backyard. Guests staying at our cottages are also welcome to utilise other facilities at 93 Sydenham Parade, just a short, three-or four-minute drive away. The large BBQ area with presentation facilities, large screen TV, free Wi-Fi (Network ID & password on the fridge) and seating for approx. 45 guests with a full kitchen, BBQs of all sorts, including: a Global Warmer pizza oven/smoker, hooded BBQ, kettle BBQ, flat top BBQ's and charcoal burners. Saturday nights are quite often pizza nights, call if you wish to participate. There is also a games room with a pool table, including billiards, snooker and Kelly pool. A table tennis table, hooky board, kiddies toys, guest PC, books, magazines, DVD's, a large screen TV with Kayo Sports and Netflix and Amazon Prime movies, a stereo system and comfortable couches and chairs. Other things to note Guests who require cleaning or linen changes should contact the office where arrangements can be made. Ice is available in the big freezer in the guests laundry, also at 93 Sydenham Parade, an honesty box system is in use. Extra shared parking is available on the lawn between the cottages and on the roadside out front.
