Our little mid terraced house is just right for a quiet, relaxing break. It's cosy and homely with everything you'll need whilst staying here in this beautiful part of the country. Driffield Beck runs past the end of the garden with wildlife such as Little Egret, Kingfisher, Trout and Ducks! Centrally located in Driffield within walking distance to shops, bus stops and train station. Ideally positioned for exploring the Moors, Wolds, & stunning Yorkshire coastal resorts & RSPB Bempton cliffs The space Home from Home is our home which we are happy to extend by giving guests exclusivity and sole use during their stay through Airbnb. Consisting of Lounge, Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom plus outside spaces front and rear. The front door is accessed through and along a private pathway alongside the Beck stream, a lovely place to be on a sunny afternoon/evening. The rear of the property is accessed by a private, no through road access. The enclosed, gated rear garden area may be used for storing bicycles that may be locked to the fencing. This is a lovely sunny area in the mornings. The whole place is fully equipped for working or relaxing to our own requirements, please study the photographs. A bookcase of varied quality reading, including maps and guides, plus a collection of games and board games for to use if you so wish. Plenty of varied genre DVDs await your enjoyment on a full size smart TV plus Amazon Prime TV is available. Full Fibre internet access is of course available for you using our WiFi. Password for the duration of your visit is displayed on the chalk slate located on the bookshelf in the lounge. Worthy of note is the full height, self inflating air bed that may be used in the lounge for reasons such as an extra guest or need of private areas for individual guests, (various reasons may include snoring or restless leg syndrome to mention but a few!). Guest access Guests are able to access the whole property except the loft space and our private bedroom. All rooms listed and photographed plus gated and enclosed rear garden area plus the outside garden area at the front of the property, which is alongside the Beck stream with its wonderful bird life. Outside chairs available to sit out. Other things to note All safety recommendations are complied with and all we ask is that any breakages/damages are reported to us. Please respect our property, our neighbours and beautiful Beck stream during your stay . Although basic store-cupboard items are available for you to use in the kitchen, the home is self-catering. Our terms include a strict No Smoking or Vaping inside the property. Check in and out times can be negotiable, within reason by prior agreement. Please use shoe racks, inside front and back doors. The most important thing to note is to enjoy your stay at Home from Home and not to hesitate to ask about anything you think we may be able to help with. Keysafe outside back door is provided for use on departure, (number will be supplied on arrival).
