The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Happy to accommodate :) The space The Barn is a 1 bedroom, fully self-contained dwelling. Perfect for the overnight stop, or longer! It’s got all the essentials; * Wifi (Starlink) * Fresh bedding & towels * Full bathroom * Kitchenette with fridge and cooking * Dining table & chairs * Sofa (folds out into a double bed- let me know if you need this and I’ll have it ready for you) * Washing machine & dryer Strictly no smoking. The Barn is next door to the main farmhouse so Andy & Lauren nearby if you need anything :) Other things to note Evie is our friendly, well behaved dog who usually says hello to our new guests.
