Wooden house with a swimming pool

Our wooden house is located in the countryside near Annecy. It includes an outdoor garden as well as a swimming pool, parking spaces and a small garden shed. Outside you can enjoy the pool with garden furniture and umbrellas, plancha, pizza oven and fire pit. Numerous board games and pocket books are available. The kitchen has everything you'll need as we love to cook and leave all our supplies at your disposal! The space We rent our family home, located in Groisy, 15km north of Annecy. Our wooden house is located in the countryside, on a plot of 1100m². It includes an outdoor garden with a small vegetable garden and aromatic herbs as well as a 7x3.5m swimming pool (unheated with secure solar shutter), parking spaces for cars as well as a small garden shed. Outside you can enjoy the swimming pool with garden furniture and umbrellas. You will enjoy the meals on the terrace with the plancha, the pizza oven and the fire pit for the summer evenings and grill chamallows. Kids can also have fun with the trampoline and badminton kit. Our cat will stay at home and take care of you:) he will need hugs and your attention for his meals. Our house offers 8 beds + a foldable baby bed: - a master bedroom with a double bed 160cm on the ground floor with dressing room and walk-in shower - one bedroom with a double bed 160cm on the 1st floor - 3 bedrooms with 3 single beds 90cm on the 1st floor including one bedroom with an extra drawer bed You will have 2 other bathrooms upstairs, one with walk-in shower and one with bathtub, washing machine and dryer. There is a toilet on each floor. Numerous board games and pocket books are available. The living room has a sofa, TV, and wood burning stove. The kitchen has everything you'll need as we love to cook and leave all our supplies at your disposal! You will have access to a fridge, oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, fondue service, raclette, pierrade, crepe maker, blender, grain coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sparkling water machine, fridge and part of the freezer. Our house is located 15km from Lake Annecy and its superb beaches and activities, 40 minutes from La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, 1 hour from Chamonix, or 20 minutes from Geneva and its airport. Groisy has a train station that connects downtown Annecy in 16 minutes. The train station is 2km from the house. Public transport is also set up in the summer by Grand Annecy. Our village has some local shops: pharmacy, medical center, supermarket, gas pump, bakery, butcher shop, florist. Numerous points of sales of local products can also be found in the nearby villages (farm sale, baskets from here). Our house is our little family nest for 10 years, we hope you enjoy it and that you will have a good time. It will offer you a peaceful stay to enjoy nature and the beautiful outings that our region offers. We offer on request and in addition the possibility of charging your electric vehicle (32A socket with Tesla adapter or domestic outlet, no wall box).
