Annexe on the Green

Spacious annexe located on Rodmersham Green, in the garden of a residential home. Bi-fold door, and fenced wooden decking area. Includes shower, toilet, and kitchenette (electric hob and air fryer, but no oven). Fruiterer's Arms pub is a 1 minute walk. Open midday-11pm. Rodmersham Coffee shop is a 1 minute walk. Open 9am-1pm/4pm. We provide: bed linen, towels, shower gel, tea, coffee, sugar, UHT milk. The space Open plan downstairs with kitchen / lounge. One room upstairs with 1 double bed, 4 single beds, and ensuite toilet/shower. Guest access Rear gated access for self check-in. At the front of the annexe is a decking area for guests to use as an outdoor space. Other things to note Residential area so keep noise to a minimum for our neighbours.
