Lillboden Close to nature yet central

Relax in this unique, private and quiet accommodation. Here you live in the middle of nature but still centrally. Biking distance to NÄL hospital approx. 3.4 km. To the center it is about 5 km. And the swimming lake is 4 km away. To Båberg dance track, it is 5 km. To exercise track and ski track, it is only 50 meters. Maybe it suits the exerciser before Trollhättan's action week. Or the student at the university west. Or the staff at NÄL. Or just get away to the forest close to the house. Hope you will enjoy this unique and quiet accommodation. The space Our little family lives in the big house, but will not disturb you. Please let us know if there is anything you need and we will be happy to help if we can. We have about 50 m up to the exercise track, if you go up behind the storage house located north of the big house. There's a path leading up to the illuminated trail. There are also electric light tracks and winter ski tracks during the winter period. There is also an outdoor gym if you walk towards the ski lodge on that track. Go right directly on the track and you'll get there. (east). From the ski lodge, you can also walk down to the city center or bike. Also to know is that it is 3.5 km to NÄL, Trollhättan Hospital, about 4 km to Öresjö which is a popular swimming lake, in summer there is a kiosk, volleyball net, ramp etc. About 4-5 km, you will be in the center of Trollhättan, bicycle distance. If you take the exercise track, it's a little closer. In the center there is also the University of West. On some dates, there are more people in the city, such as Fallens dagar, in the middle of July. Actionweek, in Trollhättan, which is at the end of August. TV 4 also broadcasts it Live and it goes just outside us if you want to cheer on our fighters. Halle and Hunneberg are also beautiful natural areas. If you want to go further, you have about 1 hour to Gothenburg, 1 hour to Smögen or 1 hour to Lidköping by car. I hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access You have your own little cottage to yourself. Free parking is available about 20 meters from the cabin. In winter and on slippery slopes, you can park about 50 meters from the cabin as it can be too slippery on the slope. The toilet is 50 meters away in the big house and is in the basement. Shower is available but contact the host in that case so we can arrange this. The shower is also in the basement. A shower costs SEK 10/person/time. The outdoor shower is free if you feel like having a refreshing shower ;-) Other things to note In wintertime, beware of slipping. And also that it can be darker at this time of year. To find the toilet: if you stand in front of the big house at the gates, you go straight ahead and into the carport where the basement door is. The key is in the door and there is the basement toilet. To turn on the light, move your arms because there is a sensor in the ceiling in the basement toilet. In Lillboden there is cold water when the season is warm. Not in the winter then. The stairs can be slippery in cold and wet winter weather. Enjoy your stay.
